Delete Your Hombsy Account

If you wish to delete your Hombsy account and permanently remove all associated personal data, you can request it by contacting us at:

Please send your request from your registered email address or include your registered mobile number and clearly mention:

  • Your full name
  • Your role (Client or Housekeeper)
  • A short confirmation that you wish to delete your account

Optional: You may use this form to prepare your request.

Please copy this information and email it to support@hombsy.com.

What will be deleted:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Your profile picture (if any)
  • Your service booking and task history
  • Your stored location and preferences

What may be retained temporarily:

Some minimal data may be retained for up to 30 days to comply with legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

After your request is processed, your data will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.
