a. Personal Information We may collect the following personal details during sign-up or usage:

  • User Role (Client or Housekeeper)

b. Location Information We collect location data in two specific ways:

  • For Matching: When you first use the app, we collect your general location to match clients and housekeepers within a defined service radius.

  • Live Location Sharing (Housekeepers Only): When a housekeeper accepts a task and marks their status as “On My Way” or “Started,” we begin to collect their precise, real-time location. This is done to provide the client with an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) and for safety purposes. This live tracking continues only for the duration of the active task and stops immediately when the task is marked as “Ended.” On Android, this feature runs as a foreground service, which means a persistent notification will always be visible on your device, making you aware that your location is being shared.

c. Authentication and Account Information

  • Firebase Authentication UID

  • Login method (email or phone)

  • Verification status (email or phone)

d. Device and Usage Data

  • Device type and OS

  • IP address

  • App crash logs

  • Usage activity (e.g., page visits, button clicks)

e. Notifications Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token

     It is used to send you service updates, request alerts, and other important notifications.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Register and manage your account

  • Match clients with nearby housekeepers

  • Provide clients with live location updates of the housekeeper during an active task for ETA and safety.

  • Enable scheduling and task coordination

  • Send relevant service updates and alerts

  • Improve the app experience and features

  • Respond to user inquiries or support requests

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

  • Other users of the app (e.g., a client will see the housekeeper’s name, photo, and live location when they are on the way).

  • Third-party service providers such as Firebase, used for authentication, database, messaging, and analytics

  • Legal authorities, if required by applicable law

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for operational, legal, or security purposes.

Data Security
