What will be deleted:

- Stored locations, schedules, and service preferences
What is retained temporarily:
For compliance, tax, safety, and operational reasons, we may retain certain records temporarily:
- Transaction receipts and billing invoices
- Ongoing customer support conversation logs
- Basic task audit reports (necessary for housekeeper payroll verification)
These records are isolated from active databases and permanently purged after the legal holding period.
